Planning, time tracking and acceptance. In one tool.
planchi brings projects, milestones and hours together: plan with Gantt and Kanban, track time with a single click, and get milestones formally accepted – without spreadsheet chaos.
No credit card required – free during beta.
Everything your project day needs
From the first requirement to the signed acceptance – without switching tools.
Time tracking with one click
Start the timer and switch projects with a single click. Timesheets and weekly reports are generated automatically – ready for billing.
Planning that keeps up
Gantt timeline, Kanban boards and team capacity in one view. See early when milestones slip and who has room for more.
Specification & milestone acceptance
Manage requirements and acceptance criteria per milestone, document how each one was implemented, and close with a signed acceptance PDF.
Blockers and progress at a glance
A steering view across all projects: what is blocked, what is done, what is accepted. Decisions based on real data instead of gut feeling.
From specification to signed acceptance
The whole process is designed end to end: requirements and acceptance criteria are captured once and stay connected to your milestones – all the way to the finished PDF.
- 1
Create the specification
Capture requirements and acceptance criteria in a structured way – or let the AI import an existing document.
- 2
Assign to milestones
Every requirement and criterion is linked to a milestone – the scope stays visible at all times.
- 3
Document the implementation
Record per criterion how it was implemented – gaps show up immediately, not at the acceptance meeting.
- 4
PDF at the click of a button
Specification and milestone acceptance as finished, signable PDFs – no fiddling with Word and co.
The best part: via MCP the AI takes all of this admin work off your hands – from importing the specification to creating tasks and writing the implementation notes.
The whole timeline at a glance
Tasks, dependencies and milestones of all projects on one Gantt timeline. The example shows a website relaunch from the specification to the go-live.
- Move and link tasks directly on the timeline
- Milestones show their scope status right on the plan
- Team capacity next to the plan – overload becomes visible before it happens
Your AI. Your choice.
planchi ships with an MCP server: connect the AI tool you already work with – Cursor, Claude or any other MCP client – and let it create tasks, plan sprints or prepare milestone acceptance.
There is no baked-in AI vendor. You decide which model sees your data – including models hosted on your own infrastructure.
- Works with any MCP-capable client – no lock-in
- Self-hosted models supported for full data control
- Scoped access tokens – you control what the AI can do
Your data belongs to you
Use the cloud on plan.resuah.ch or run planchi entirely on your own infrastructure – with Docker and PostgreSQL. Either way, you stay in control of your project data.
- Self-hosting on your own servers – price on request
- Standard technology: Docker, PostgreSQL, no proprietary storage
- Timesheets and acceptance reports exportable as PDF
Track time without the browser
The slim desktop widget for Windows, macOS and Linux stays on top of your work: start, switch and stop timers without opening the app.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
In the cloud version your data lives in the planchi database operated by Resuah GmbH. If you self-host, all data stays entirely on your own servers – nothing leaves your infrastructure.
Can I host planchi myself?
Yes. planchi runs on your infrastructure with private Docker images (no source code), PostgreSQL and an offline per-user license. Contact us for the self-hosting package and ops docs.
Which AI can I use?
Any tool that speaks MCP: Cursor, Claude and others – or models hosted on your own hardware. planchi has no built-in AI vendor, so you choose what sees your data.
What does planchi cost?
The cloud version is free during the beta. Self-hosting is offered per request, depending on your setup and support needs.
How does milestone acceptance work?
You define requirements and acceptance criteria per milestone, document how each one was implemented, and hand the result over for review. The formal sign-off happens with a signed acceptance PDF.
Who is planchi for?
For teams and agencies that run client or internal projects with clear milestones and billable hours – from freelancers to project teams with multiple organizations.
